Load dependencies only as required #301

@aiorazabala noticed that loading these fucntions and all their deps takes quite long, so it might be nice to only load dependencies as they are required.

Please, let me know when/ how you do that @maxheld83 . The bootstrap functions also have two additional packages (FactoMineR and MCMCpack), which take some time to install and most people won't use.
