migrate make.cards() to minipage, or offer as alternative #330

hacking a table together to yield cards exactly of the size as some paper card is hard, and maybe not the way it's supposed to be done in LaTeX, though it is appealing because of xtable().

Maybe in future we should look at relying on minipage-templates, which might be adapted much easier ...
