Fix dependency from MCMCpack that affects function qpcrustes #347

The package graph has been moved to Bioconductor, which is imported in MCMCpack. This gives an error when installing qmethod and so for the time being, import of MCMCpack has been eliminated and the funciton qpcrustes is not working properly. Needs fixing (although noone is going to use this function!).

Fixed with commit https://github.com/aiorazabala/qmethod/commit/60ea6d8689ee7c1dd9abf83e1a292b00d0fc3d9e finally! by suggesting, instead of importing the package. And MCMCpack can be installed well again.
