when threshold and deconfounding are OFF, confounded count is wrong #351

this just applies to MAX's fork

this can't be right:

You have chosen options that are not standard Q methodology.
15/15 Q-sorts are confounded and are flagged on more than one factor.
No flagging was done, all Q-sorts will be included in the following analysis.

applies only to fork, since reimplemented in pensieve
