Remind users to inspect the automatic pre-flagging #378

e.g. especially when there are negative loadings flagged, or Q-sorts with quite high loadings on more than one factor; and point users to instructions about manual flagging (http://aiorazabala.github.io/qmethod/Advanced-analysis). Ref. #376

Added extra checks in function qflag() and a warning if these are TRUE Included note to check manually the flags, in help pages of qflag() and qmethod()
