developが実行できない不具合の修正 #111

変更点

example yamlの仕様変更（optuna対象のパラメータをtrain_paramsの下に配置）
example yamlがエラーなく実行されるように修正

問題点

特になし

備考

不具合が報告されていたすべてのlossの動作確認済み
他にexampleで確認できない部分でエラーが出る箇所がありましたら教えてください
