実施項目

Albumentationsにおけるtuple入力の有効化
それに伴うexampleの追記とテスト

できるようになること

Augmentationの詳細な設定を反映できる（tuple(float,float)を要求するモジュールへの値の受け渡しができる）

動作確認

DL1のexampleにて実験
GitHubActionsにおける動作確認

その他

以前のコードで改行・pep8での整形ができていなかったので、行間のマイナーチェンジについても修正しています
