Is this project still active? #299

It looks like there were no activity here since the last year. Do you plan to continue the project?

PS: I wonder why amVim-for-VSCode is so much better than the original extension. Thank you so much for your efforts

This project is active in the sense that both I and @aioutecism are still around and we can push releases when necessary. However, neither of us are doing active development on the project. If someone opens a PR addressing an open issue I (and other contributors) should be happy to review, but I don't really have the time or motivation to do much more than that.

I agree that this is better than the original extension, in that it does just exactly what I need and no more. I think there is a decent cohort of happy users who feel the same, so if it continues to work for them/us, then that's the main thing.

Many thanks for your answer. I thought the community has shifted towards another never iteration of this extension or something like that. Feel free to close this issue or keep it to notify others 🤷‍♂️
