Our testing PyPI is full, so I don't have a way to test it. Asking for support on clearing all current releases. https://github.com/pypa/pypi-support/issues/528

@IgnacioJPickering @farhadrgh This is ready. After this is merged, I will make a release so that the conda-forge people can work on adding it to conda.
