amdgpu.ids: No such file or directory #5

When running snap run sway on KDE Neon with a Radeon RX 580 Series GPU I get:

ATTENTION: default value of option allow_rgb10_configs overridden by environment.
/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids: No such file or directory

it can't access the file, which is there
