I got "Subscription can not be activated due to unsuffcicient XRT balance" while i have xrt on account.
Way to reproduce:
1)Create new account with 0 balance.
2) open Dapp and connect new account.
2) open Dapp on rws-buy page. Wait until everything will be loaded.
At this step I've release that i don't have XRT on this account.
3) on the new page add money to the account.
4) return to "rws-buy page" without reloading it. Try to buy subscription.
Possible solution
Check account amount one more time after the user press "Buy" button.
