Separate pages for Admin setup and User setup.

On admin page could be next: 1) UPLOAD EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION 2) MANUAL CONFIGURATION FOR EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION 3) SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS 4) USERS IN SUBSCRIPTION

On User page: 1) add subscription 2) create password for home assistant
