Unable to redeem Pioneer NFT for weeks #69

When trying to retrieve the Pioneer NFT, I get the message: This account was not participated in Robonomics Crowdloan 1st wave. I definitely did participate. Also, the youtube video is different from the actual redemption page. Please advise.

Any updates? It's frustrating to see you all are giving an NFT bonus for the crowdloan when so many individuals are having issues redeeming the NFT they're entitled to.

Hi! Problem was found and fixed. However, gas price today is high , so please try again and wait before our script will fine good time to send your nft. Thanks for your issue.
