Cant claim reward #71

Can't claim staking rewards, the address is 4GTAyQYHBgggbzy1rAPa7PBXVsfNFVfmFjmaqi2G71ssAeqj I did claming once, than the second time after the week or two, it is not proceed. The button is pressed, I enter the password and that's it, nothing happens. But other account on other address is works good.
