Create a Python server to handle a microservice: This python server will take care of one or several microservices corresponding to a functionality. This should be done in a new branch which is branched out from "assignment1developer" branch.

Created in pythonMicroservice branch. but, after discusssion with professor, we are changing the branching structure. This work will be in branch --- "search_recipes"
