User cannot change the job configuration parameters #7

As per the README, the user can configure the username file path and remote file path properties, but the user is not given an option to modify the job related parameters such as: Number of nodes, Number of cores and Wall time.

Anuj, all the job related parameters can be changed from the server.properties file.
