Registry app #16

Need a new registry app which can display the status of all requests based on readings from redis keys. App can be in java or any other preferred language. Initially a empty application which is redis support ready will suffice. It should be accessible from a new URL/port in the machine.

@PrashanthKumarM I plan on doing it in JAVA, so would it be ideal to create a new instance of on EC2 install tomcat there and then deploy it ? Please share if you have any other ideas.
