UI components were moved from feature-UI branch to feature-orchestrationengine successfully. UI is now bundled along with the orchestration engine. Link to UI Components -> https://github.com/airavata-courses/TeamOmni/tree/feature-orchestrationengine/OrchestrationEngineService/src/main/webapp
