Tus server not working #68

I hosted the server, based on the docker images mentioned in the project 3. Checked 3000 port which hosts tus client but its not working. Could you check it out once? @gowtham06

If you choose to set up the app on your bare metal machine,it requires kubernetes to be set up. I believe part of the task for this assignment is to automate the process using CI/CD process.
