Issue with Confluent Kafka on Windows

• Micro services Data Retrieval, Model Execution and Post Processing require Confluent Kafka module package.
• The pip install command for Confluent Kafka is repeatedly failing with a large error stack.
• Please refer Confluent_Kafka_1.png & Confluent_Kafka_2.png
• This is serving as a blocker for the Jmeter Testing of all the above-mentioned microservices.
