This PR is in preparation for supporting Next.js & Nuxt

Extracts core logic into it's own npm package @airbadge/core.
Converts @airbadge/core to TypeScript.
Decouples @airbadge/core from SvelteKit, specifically removing dependency on $env.
BREAKING: Renames environment variable SECRET_STRIPE_KEY -> STRIPE_SECRET_KEY
