Also fixes an issue with latest version of xprocessing that broke how handler override lookup was done.

Finally, updates to the latest publish plugin and improves the pattern we use for publishing.

Edit: I forgot to merge this months ago, and have updated it again for kotlin 1.8.10 and xprocessing 2.6.0-alpha1
