How to personalize days of Week Bar ? #276

Good afternoon, I am trying to personalize days of weeks bar:

Type / size / color of text
Background of bar
Width of the bar itself
Even totally hide the bar and provide a custom one

Could you tell if this can be achieved ? If yes, how? I am in circles and cant find this anywhere...
