Upgrade requirements (YARA => 3.8.0) #130

Background

YARA v3.8.0 was recently released! Time to upgrade all of the BinaryAlert libraries

Changes

Add cryptography to the pre-built dependencies for the BinaryAlert YARA analyzer. This is a prerequisite for #19
Upgrade YARA and yara-python to v3.8.0
Upgrade all other requirements
Fix new pylint violations (apparently, the explicit (object) subclassing is no longer necessary in Python3)

Testing

Deployed to a test account and ./manage.py live_test

Coverage remained the same at 92.042% when pulling bc8b5b0b8e0961e97d9d658451329f65ac88473f on austin-requirements into 50aaea92cb1bbc0a71c800db9570c83fa9d135ed on master.
