Release v1.1 #93

Background

Just a few minor fixes before we release v1.1!

Changes

Bumps version in documentation and --version flag
Adds error handling around yextend invocation (see #92)
Decreases the batch size, because yextend increases the analyzer execution time
Adds a credits page with links to all open-source projects
Fixes a few typos

Testing

Lots of live deploy, configure, live test, and destroy
