docs: add hypernova-vue link in readme #164

I added the link for hypernova-vue.

VueOnRails is currently using hypernova and hypernova-vue.

This package can be helpful to enable Vue.js developers to adopt Hypernova in their current stack.

Hi @ljharb, I believe the link is useful for Vue.js developers. Someone reported an issue before about trying to use Vue.js with Hypernova, and the ticket was closed because the issue reporter tested it and validated it. https://github.com/airbnb/hypernova/issues/51

Should we add it?
