Horizontal scrolling #15

I've made a couple of changes for creating a horizontal ('landscape') scroll list. Demo included in demo folder.

Hm. I'm not in love with the amount of state this adds -- it's pretty complex. Horizontal scrolling support is a nice feature, though.

For now I'm leaning towards not merging it in, but I could be convinced otherwise.

+1 horizontal scrolling is not just a nice feature, it is a common part of many mobile apps, e.g. IMDB, Facebook feed, in LinkedIn iPad app

We recently added swipeview in our app builder, as a standard feature for Urbien-based mobile apps, but it does not perform well.

So, if possible to incorporate Arthur's changes it would be awesome!
