[Feature Request] Composite Monitors #36

Would yall accept pull requests for supporting datadog composite monitors? https://www.datadoghq.com/blog/composite-monitors/

Any opinions on how to implement that?

It's been something I've been thinking about. I think it would require a first pass to pick up composite alert definitions and then a second pass across the alerts to figure out how to convert names to IDs.

Otherwise, users would have to manually input composite IDs which I believe currently works.
