Trying to make a Lottie File of a JPEG image sequence using BODYMOVIN

Tell us about your environment I am Using Windows 10 Pro with the latest Version of After Effects, and the latest version of Bodymovin installed through the Adobe marketplace, on a desktop PC

• Browser and Browser Version: Chrome Latest Update
• After Effects Version: I am using the latest Version of After Effects. What did you do? Please explain the steps you took before you encountered the problem. I choose the 'include in json' option under settings > assets, but the plugin just creates an image folder and the json file just references the images in the folder instead of rasterising them and encoding them into the json. If I choose to compress with any value it seems unresponsive. My jpegs are already compressed to an average of 45kb so I select Copy Original Assets. I have also checked the Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network option in preferences

What did you expect to happen? I need the jpegs rasterized and included into the JSON. What actually happened? Please include as much relevant detail as possible. The process completes and I'm left with a folder containing the images and a json that references this folder. I need to use this in webflow so it needs to be inside the json. I tried this on my wifes new windows 11 laptop and it worked. I tried making a new profile for my windows and it still didn't work. Short of installing a fresh instance of windows and starting all over again I'm stumped.
