There is a new dependency for postgresql so need to execute bundle install in nerve environment, if installation fails install sudo apt-get install libpq-dev and then re-install gem

hey, I am still working on it and that PR was suppose to be for our repo. Once I am done with testing then I'll open a new pull request.
