vagrantfile: use a correct virtualbox box #3

This problem was concealed from me because I reused the box name (airbase). My Vagrant boxes list already had an airbase box which was correct, so the URL did not do anything for me. Lesson: use proper naming for your vagrant boxes.

This fixes #1
