Fixer-Upper Batch Script In Case of Rename #26

If the user wants to move their output directory somewhere else after running, they'll break a bunch of full paths to things.

Is there a way we can add something next to RunSkyrim.bat that will fix up all the absolute paths we wrote out earlier?
