Repro Steps

  1. These pack files
    1. STEP Core
    2. My STEP Core Tweaks
    3. STEP Extended
    4. My STEP Extended Tweaks
    5. My STEP Extended Tweaks (Finalize)
  2. New game
  3. Once you have control, tgm, tcl, and coc BrokenHelmHollowExterior01
  4. Look to your left.

Expected: smooth terrain Actual: terrain cuts out at a point

Probably could have a simpler suite of pack files that would be quicker to set up, but since I do LAL, this gets me to step 3 functionally quicker because I can idle my way to it.
