Unfortunately the .xml packs are quite outdated now. I went through the StepperUpper process (awesome tool btw) and had to update the packs so that it would work. The problematic mods are as follows :
BethINI
ENB (315 isn't available anymore)
USLEEP
Cutting Room Floor
ELE
Lucidity Sound FX
Lepidoptera (mod has been removed/hidden by creator, I had to remove it from the packs)
I'm attaching the edited packs, hope it helps. With these packs, I managed to go through the whole process and the game is working like a charm. I just updated the filesize and checksums, as well as names (and removed Lepidoptera since there's no solution for this one), everything should be clean.

EDIT : I went through the Extended process, so I didn't touch Core_Finalize, so it might be outdated.
