Repeated page switching transition #86

Description: When switching back and forth between the airbug home page on the dev server (localhost:8000) the pages stop scrolling correctly after the first transition each direction: from the splash page to beta sign-up and beta sign-up to splash page. Linked to issue: 36 airbug/airbug#36

Severity: Med Does not not affect overall function of site

Visibility: Low Affects home page, however, requires user to repeatedly move between pages multiple times

Repo:

  1. Start mongodb
  2. load airbug page via localhost:8000
  3. click "Signup for the Beta" (transition should occur smoothly)
  4. Click "Home" in upper left corner (transition should occur smoothly)
  5. Click "signup for the beta" (transition does not occur smoothly)
  6. Click "Home" (transition does not occur smoothly)

Expected: Transition will occur in the same manner even after first two transitions

Env: Mac OSX 10.8.3 Firefox 19.0.2, Chrome 26.0.1410.65 MacBook Air 2GHz core i7 8GB ram

@trpote can you retest this? I think this may have been fixed in our last release. Thanks!

@bneisler yep, its still doing it in the current build and on the current live release on airbug.com

@trpote i'm unable to repo this issue on airbug.com or locally for any browser. Can you describe what you are seeing. I don't see anything similar to the given screen shot. Maybe we should screen share?

test complete successfully - Chrome v. 26.0.1410.65, Safari v. 6.0.4, Firefox 20.0
