Expectations for V.0.0.2

creates a bin file
able to control in console: start, stop, configure, restore
written to be database agnostic, even if it only currently supports mongodb
each dump tgz has a unique name

Snapshots might be better

@sungchoi does version 0.0.1 of carbonbug work? Can we install it on our database server? Or is this improvement required in order for this system to work?
