Scrolling not smooth and fixed position janky on mobile #18

fixed in v1.0.4

QA Plan:

load site in supported mobile browser (mobile safari, mobile android)
once site is loaded make sure ENTIRE PAGE is scrollable and feedback tabs works as it should
make sure their are no janky issues
make sure navigation bar and feedback tab are positioned absolutely so that they scroll with the page instead of fixed - like they are on the web version

QA Test: Not Passed Navigation bar is positioned absolutely Feedback tab is displayed with margin when page is scrolled to the right. Scrolling issues still present when page loads. Page scrolls to make signup form visible (see image)

QA Test Not Passed - Safari, iPad 2, iOS 7.04 feedback pullout tab does not animate. Pullout tab jumps open on click and jumps closed on click.

Passed QA Test Website scrolls without issue, header, navigation bar, and feedback are positioned absolutely, feedback animation functions properly Android Web Browser Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 Android Chrome v. 32.0 Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 iPad Chrome v. 31.0 iPad 2, iOS 7.04
