Automatically populate the Timeline

This PR uses the new methods in airbus-cert/ttd-bindings to add some interesting entries in the timeline on first use:

• Every thread creation / exit
• Every module load / unload

I had to change the submodule to point to our fork of ttd-bindings. We can change it back once https://github.com/commial/ttd-bindings/pull/7 is merged.
