Add a search bar in the Import/Export window to ease the selection of the rules #46

When you have many rules it's not easy to walk through all the rules to only select specific rules to import/export. If you could add a search bar to filter rules it would help a lot.

I confirm it works in v4.0.0 for exporting rules. However it's not done yet for importing rules.

I confirm it's fixed, I close the issue
