Set a default value for the threshold type #63

This setting is mandatory so default value should be set. The value "more than" seems fine.

It should also set the additional threshold type for rules with multiple threshold types (for example an "AND" rule).

@c8y3 I confirm it's fixed for threshold_type but not for additional_threshold_type, do you think it's another issue or do you want to fix it in this issue ?

I confirm it's totally fixed in v4.3.0
