Ability to create a new list when creating a wizard rule #79

The wizard allow to use the condition "is in data adapter". It would be great to be able to create a dataadapter of type CSV from this page (rule creation/edition). The same way as you can create a new notification when creating an event definition: add the possibility to choose the value "Create a new list". Discuss the aspect (popup, tabs... ?)
