The 2nd block of conditions should be checked before enabling the Save button #86

When creating a new rule the Save button is only enabled when all mandatory fields are filled. Currently only the first block of conditions is checked whereas some rule types (such as AN, OR and THEN) have 2 blocks of conditions. This 2nd block should be checked too before enabling the Save button.

I confirm it's fixed in Wizard v5.2.0
