Test OpenSearch

OpenSearch is supported from Graylog v4.3 and new ElasticSearch versions won't be supported anymore. It should be nice to update the tests to check if our plugins work well with OpenSearch. Have all tests pass with OpenSearch in Continuous Integration

Some remarks about warning : [WARN ][o.o.b.BootstrapChecks ] [11631ae53731] max virtual memory areas vm.max_map_count [65530] is too low, increase to at least [262144]

I've tested with Wizard v5.1.0 and I confirm there is no issue with OpenSearch v2.7.0
