Add variable to make the notification description available in the Body Template #43

Add the variable logging_alert.description so that users are able to insert the description of the notification in the Body Template

This was removed in 4.4.0 because it required a systematic additional request to database.

I've tested with Wizard v5.1.0 and I confirm this variable is not available
