Source Instagram: App Verification refused due to the absence of Facebook Login button

Environment

• Airbyte version: any
• OS Version / Instance: any
• Deployment: any
• Source Connector and version: all connectors using Facebook APIs, e.g. Instagram
• Destination Connector and version: any
• Step where error happened: Deploy / Sync job / Setup new connection / Update connector / Upgrade Airbyte

Current Behavior

Users are unable to pass app review for new connectors using Facebook APIs because there is no Facebook login button This guide no longer works: https://discuss.airbyte.io/t/how-to-get-your-facebook-app-reviewed-to-use-with-facebook-marketing-connector/1443

Expected Behavior

User can pass app review to be able to use their connector

hey @natalyjazzviolin @marcosmarxm , did you manage to get a reply from the FB team about this? still encountering similar issues during the app review process, which makes the connector (in our case Facebook Marketing/Pages) unusable for us
