Airtable source - Execute refresh schema and reset before each sync #22306

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

When airtable users change the schema of their bases, I'd like the schema change to reflect automatically downstream.

Describe the solution you’d like

Execute refresh schema and reset before each sync

Describe the alternative you’ve considered or used

We will be executing the sync with Prefect, so perhaps it's possible to call an API endpoint to perform the refresh schema/reset.
