🐛 Source Genesys: Add Analytics API streams

The source Genesys connector in its current state does not provide streams from the Genesys analytics API. We would like to have the ability to consume analytics streams and have the ability to customize the analytics query to some degree.

Stream requirements

We would like the following features implemented per analytics stream:

• Parameterise the analytics query to return explicit metrics with default value if not specified.
• Incremental loading based on a 24 window. I.e. Return analytics per 24 windows and store the state of the latest window.
  • Next stream should return delta (latest 24 hour window + 1 day)
