Source Freshdesk: Extract all data of tickets stream #32138

Relevant Information

Currently the data retrieved by the tickets stream is not complete. Deleted and spam tickets are not being gotten.

The API docs shows that they can be retrieved by applying a filter. There are others besides spam and deleted which are: new_and_my_open and watching

The solution would be to add all to the api synchronisation by including the necessary filters for:
