[Open Exchange Rates] versions 0.2.0+ are broken #38760

What step the error happened?

During the sync

Relevant information

when I try to use the Open Exchange Rates source:

version 0.1.0 works as expected

also the cursor field (timestamp) is a number (unix seconds), i'd like it to be a proper timestamp to allow partitioning when using the aws datalake destination
