Helm Chart AppVersion Update #39912

AppVersion is 0.63.1 in artifact hub but should be 0.67.17

Relevant information

Hi,

I think the AppVersion which is later used to build the manifests and especially the image version pulled for the containers. And in artifacthub this is still 0.63.1. Could you please update this or are there issues with updating the whole chart for the new application version 0.67.17? Thank you very much

@bgroff fyi. Why we add this requirement table in the documentation? It is used or apply or configurable by users? Is that README updated manually>? I couldn't understand what it means tbh.

@peproli Application Version is the Airbyte Platform release version you can find here and Chart Version is what you defined with Helm.
